The Most Delightful Song About Slaughtering Zombies You’ll Ever Hear

Last night, I had the opportunity to check out Cockneys vs. Zombies (2012). The movie was a tad uneven, although it certainly has its successful moments as a horror-comedy. In fact, the song that plays over the ending credits works as a perfect totem animal for the film’s horror and comedy roots. It’s a delightful tune… about killing zombies. Check it out after the jump.

  1. Awesome… I think I’ll add this to my zombie comedy music playlist, alongside stuff like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQtlC0xY08k

  2. Phil

It’s got some tough competition from Jonathon Coulton’s ‘Re: Your Brains’. But technically, it’s about zombies slaughtering humans.

  3. Not related to this post, I’ve just nominted you for a Sunshine Blog Awards: http://cinephiliaque.blogspot.ca/2013/11/a-sun-that-never-setsalmost.html

    Congrats and you deserve it!

  4. Haha, I love this. It sounds like Chas ‘n’ Dave. If you like this cockney cheery music then give them a listen.
