It’s a major award!

The end of the year is just around the corner, which means it’s time for the annual flurry of best and worst movie lists. I haven’t seen nearly enough movies released this year to make a list like that. Thankfully, I’ve established a year end wrap-up list of my own– the TDYLFie awards. It’s a list comprised of the best in movies (that I’ve seen this year only). This is more of a list about my own experience watching movies this year than it is about anything that was released in this year. The New Year’s Resolutions: Update #3

At the end of 2012, I made a lot of movie-related New Year’s resolutions for 2013. Adding them all up, my goal comes out to 109 (mostly) specific films to watch this year. The year is a quarter of the way done. March came packaged with special issues, like crippling depression, work stress, and a week-long vacation. Can our hero fight through these barricades?
